Match

Match with a project or deal and begin negotiations on terms immediately with your partner. No names of projects are given or personal information until the deal is signed. This vital information is kept private to ensure no party takes advantage of the other.

Invest

Once your agreements have been made, we take up to a 6% fee from the investor agreement which can be paid by the investor or reimbursed to them from the deal. For example, if a project cost $5,000, when the money is given to the requestor, Envestly could deduct up to $300.
